Trump accused "unscrupulous actors and profiteers" of exporting medical equipment. So far his order mostly seems to apply to a medical supply company in Minnesota that sells to Canada and Latin America

Asked why he won't wear a mask himself, Trump says: "Wearing a face mask as I greet presidents, prime ministers, dictators, kings, queens, I don't know. I just don't see it for myself"
