Squat jump
Slide with one leg jump
Split jump
Split jump with pull up
Bridge jump
Jumping push up
Dragon lift
Hand stand walk
Perform each repetition with highest speed and acceleration. Take a 4-5 minute active pause between each circuit. To properly breathe during the exercises, exhale while you're doing the hardest work, and inhale as you're coming back to your starting position.
