Quick advice thread for wearing face masks in public.
1. Wash hands before putting it on. Follow CDC hand washing practices.
2. Put it on. Make sure the fabric goes over your mouth and nose. (This part is important.)

If your glasses fog up, try to adjust & tighten the fabric.
3. Do not touch your face when wearing the mask!
This means don’t remove it to sip water or coffee. No touching your face. No scratching.

4. Wash your hands. Follow CDC guidelines.
5. Remove from your ears first. Do not touch the front of the mask.

If you are using cloth, make sure it’s washed right away. Do not use it multiple times before washing.
