General pointers:
1. Pick a telemedicine platform, it does NOT have to be #HIPAA compliant & can use #Audio only for NEW BUPE patients during the emergency
2. New methadone patients still require a face-to-face
3. Opt for longer Rxs to ensure access to these LIFE SAVING meds

4. Consider pausing urine drug screening given risk/benefit of exposing patients and HCWs
5. Engage in #HarmReduction always, ensure #naloxone is accessible! Our patients arefor #overdose and other complications with social isolation.
