As a part Uzbek, I know for a fact that my people are skilled in creating various of wonderful carpets likes the ones I would get from Kunduz and Mazar Sharif. It is stated that Uzbeks and Turkmens are the inventors of carpets. Also Balouchis make their carpets similar to Uzbek and Turkmen in their own unique style.
