I tweeted out that yesterday, when I received a Rosary I'd been waiting for, that I experienced depression the likes of which I hadn't felt in decades...

The response was overwhelming. I felt those prayers. I knew that you, as a body, prayed for me when I broke down and uncharacteristically said I wasn't okay.

This alone proves the absolute power of social media and how we as faithful believers can come together, we can storm heaven together.

In reflecting upon this today, and lifting you up in prayer, I feel that it is important to mention a few things, especially in this crisis we all face at the moment, with isolation and uncertainty.

Many years ago, I fell away from Holy Mother Church due to pride and poor catechesis and embraced paganism. I liken it to sitting through a timeshare presentation where they offer you goodies when on vacation.

We will give you these great things. You don't have to sign for the timeshare, but if you do, you get even greater things - most people don't buy it and just enjoy the free dinner theatre. Some do. I did.

The trouble is, when you break free of the timeshare contract, they still have your contact information and when times get rough, they call you non-stop. They know you bought it before

This crisis is one of those times. Except we are ALL under attack. We are ALL on a call list.

Now - more than ever - with minimal access to Our Blessed Lord - we MUST hold tight to prayer; we must pray without ceasing for our souls and our families and for one another.

This is our 40 years in the wilderness - this is our 3 days of darkness.

Trim your wicks, for wandering priests. Pray the Rosary with your families. Bless your homes. Fast and pray.

Slake your pride. Be vulnerable enough to say, 'I need prayer and I need it from strangers'.

We cannot allow the Body of Christ to be dissected.

That is what the other side wants. And brothers and sisters, they are winning.

We CANNOT let them win. Not Now.
