honestly to me hes pretty obviously autistic. overly monotone voice, difficulty w/ getting a sense of what's a joke and what isn't, and just overall being good-hearted but having enough trouble with social cues for those intentions to get misconstrued

i mean!! obviously!!! what sticks out to me the most is her tendency to switch between big, matter-of-fact words and very casual talk, which is a very recognizable trait of autistic people! and not to be all "hurr durr autistic people are good at math/science" but :]

its hard to pinpoint what exactly stands out for me to know she's autistic, but her lack of voice regulation is something, as well as her use of hand movements when talking (see the MMR scene in bfb 13!) shes overall just earnest and sweet, but socially awkward

cloudy
big thing: the way he processes language! many autistic people talk/type differently due to the way they process language, and though the captions call cloudy's way of talking an "accent", the character guide confirms it to be trouble with consonant sounds!

bracelety
this one's very obvious. her special interest and hyperfixation on ice cube, to the point where four allows her (and only her) to take breaks from math to indulge in her interests! speaking from experience, focus breaks to indulge in special interests are very good!

woody
trouble with language is a very common thing in autistic people, and woody's use of sounds rather than words to communicate resonates very much with me, especially with the fact that he's able to convey so much meaning with them! selective mutism is an autistic trait!

teardrop
going off of language issues, teardrop's being completely nonverbal is really the only support i have for this headcanon, but it's very big! there are nonverbal people who aren't autistic, but it's very commonly a result of being autistic!

fanny
saying she hates everything can be interpreted as pessimism, but it can also be a form of verbal stimming/echolalia! her INTENSE value of honesty and fairness, to the point where she can be VERY rude to others over it, also indicates she's autistic, in my autistic opinion!

match
her overuse of the word "like" is meant to be a part of her "teenage girl" personality, but it actually strikes me as another language processing thing; using filler words while your brain tries to find the way to articulate sentences. i do it a lot!

ice cube
her being autistic is EXTREMELY important to me. she's quiet, but she's not shy. she has trouble reaching out and making friends herself, but she can be very interactive and more willing to talk when someone makes an effort to understand and be friends with her! (1/2)

book was really the only one who took the time to do that! book took initiative to get to know ice cube, and really understood her more than anyone else had! even if their relationship is currently strained, it had a very positive effect on ice cube overall! (2/2)
