This is strategically to manage the overflow from clusters.

Northwick Park, London’s busiest is now distributing overflow patients to other London hospitals.

When London is full, patients will be moved to hospitals outside of London.

The newly built Nightingale hospital in London is for all Covid recovery patients so that the main hospitals can manage the most emergency cases.

Photos of empty hospitals are not signs of a conspiracy, they are hospitals planning for the accelerating growth in Covid patients.
Also, NHS workers by contract can be moved to other hospitals.

I spoke to a nurse at Bedford hospital. She might be moved to London hospitals at a moments notice, as they are facing a double problem:
1. Accelerating numbers of Covid patients
2. Loss of staff due to sickness
You can spend as much time as your want looking for conspiracy, or you can talk to the frontline medical staff dealing with the crisis.
