This is very likely about Iran and Venezuela putting their heads together and coming up with some planned attack to try to take advantage of the pandemic.

Yes, the Iranians are in Venezuela in force. Have been for many years.

Hell, Hezbollah runs a huge chunk of the drug trade on the Triple Frontier.

Most of that drug money goes back to Iran.

And they are NOT HAPPY with the fact their drug trade has been massively cut into by the Trump countermeasures.
