Some quick thoughts from the Nagy/Pace presser....
There has been some stuff about the Bears looking to trade Mitch or that he doesn't have an actual chance in this competition.
I don't buy any of that. They obviously can't trade him now that they've declared a competition and I think they still believe the light can come on.

No question Mitch took a big step back when he needed a step forward, but the Bears can't rule out a huge step forward in 2020.

They spoke a lot about Mitch's makeup and how he's a competitor who is going to fight for his job. They're going to give him a chance to do that, but they grabbed Foles, specifically, because they think they're going to need a QB to play.
It was also very, very clear they don't think Graham was used well in Green Bay. Nagy is excited about what he can dial up for his new tight end.
