Question : how many tests India is doing in comparison to UK?

1) If we tested one million people on Jan 1...we will have one million negative results assuming (100% sensitivity)

2) So testing can only begin after there is a reason to test. https://twitter.com/abhor8/status/1246138518595911680
3) first person is tested positive in Delhi. Should we immediately start testing in Coimbatore?!

4) Site at which we test depends on where virus "leads" us, it is called "contact tracing"

5) For each positive discovery we trace the contacts and test https://twitter.com/abhor8/status/1246138518595911680?s=19
6) So the critical data is how many contacts are we testing per infection?! This is L = (total tests done) /(total positives)

7) This number determines if we are testing too few contacts or too many. https://twitter.com/abhor8/status/1246138518595911680?s=19
8) At every stage of the disease, with possible exception of South Korea our "L" value is the highest.

9) This thread is over... I can't explain anymore.. https://twitter.com/abhor8/status/1246138518595911680?s=19
