1. A framework based on evidence from conversations analysis ('RealTalk' see @RealTalk_EOL ), to help you begin, maintain & finish the discussion with clarity & compassion, avoiding shock whilst providing support to the other person.

2. A telephone prompts list to support you during the telephone conversation, as you use your compassion to discuss a difficult subject.
You can use the sheet to make notes as you go, or for reflection afterwards, or in supervision.

Also (11/10 in thread - sorry!) worth noting we filmed all this from lockdown, despite which Mark H managed fabulous editing of our home-made videos and Joe Ford at @lborouniversity managed to remove noise of traffic, a tractor and even a pheasant!
