Interviewing realizations:
1 yr backend + 1 yr frontend = 1 yr fullstack. Feeling like a very junior engineer still. Not quite experienced or knowledgeable enough for most teams.
The year of frontend feels like a very bad career choice, in hindsight.

And it seems many "fullstack" open positions are actually "we have no one on the team to work on front end and need someone to carry all of that load. Please also be a database wizard."
Also feeling the downside of starting my career at Amazon but hoping to move to a smaller company. So much is obscured and made one-click.

I'm learning on my own, building up a stronger foundation and starying a side project. But I'm also throwing a small pity party. Any other kind of party would be irresponsible right now.
