You do not need to spend thousands of $$$ to get a professional website. That is bananas with current technology.

Yes, Wordpress has a learning curve, themes are SUPER limited in what they can do. If you want more control use Elementor & then the Astra or Ocean FREE themes. 2/

Consult YT for tutorials or get Elementor Pro & use their built in templates which are glorious.

There is a reason Wordpress powers 30% of the web. If you want full control over your site, something that will grow with your author career 3/

& is unlimited in functionality stop fucking around on those other sites & dive in.
