April 26, 2006: Howie Kendrick makes his MLB debut. Kendrick went on to accumulate 23.1 fWAR with the Angels, the 8th-highest total by a position player.
April 27, 1961: The Angels play their first ever home game at Wrigley Field in LA. After hosting the PCL Angels for 33 years, Wrigley Field would be the Angels home for the ‘61 season.
April 28, 2002: For the second consecutive game, David Eckstein hits a grand slam, the latter one being being a walk-off GS.
April 29, 1999: The Angels beat the Blue Jays 17-1 at the Big A. Every hitter reached base at least twice except for Andy Sheets, who hit a grand slam in the first inning.
