Here’s some tips from me, an expert weight loser :
1. Go through a horrible break up
2. Don’t eat for like two weeks cause you’re too upset to.
3. Become a full blown vegetarian
4. Get really sick like 3 times
5. Don’t ever hesitate to eat an entire bag of Doritos for reward
