My Outlook inbox is saying it has 7 unread emails. There are no unread emails. Using the "unread only" filter produces no results. I have restarted and updated and restarted the program again. I have rebooted my computer. My torment will not cease

I LOOKED AWAY FOR A FEW MINUTES AND NOW IT SAYS 50, WHAT IS HAPPENING

MY INBOX NOW CONTAINS 6 EMAILS. ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN READ. THE NUMBER NOW SAYS 7 UNREAD AGAIN. MY LIFE IS A RUIN

Okay well I restarted it again and all the emails I'd just archived are back in my inbox. I'm going to need to find an isolated area for some primal screaming

Update: I fixed it. By uninstalling and reinstalling Office.
