I literally woke up one day and said fuck it summer is in 3months I have to get back to my normal weight ASAP.
So I went into beast mode, went to gym atleast 4 times a week and got a meal plan that changed my life. If I did not eat right I honestly would have not lost weight.
Gym alone is not enough if you want to lose weight. You don’t need a personal trainer you need to be disciplined, consistent and workhard. Either you cry about your weight or do something about it.
I know for some people my before looks fine, but I was unhealthy and my body fat % was very high and I was overweight for somebody my age.
After the weight loss I had a much lower body fat % , I exercised regularly and eat much healthier.
