An ex United XI who dont deserve to be as hated, underrated or were let go too soon.

1. Juan Seba Veron - amazes me how people call him a 'shit signing' when every club on the planet wanted him. Incredible player for Lazio et al who was just in the wrong team at the wrong time.
2. Wilfried Zaha - not given enough of a chance at all. Not a flop and could've done with him these past few seasons. Quality player who Moyes ruined.

3. Phil Neville - was at a game once and was told by some moron and his family that they all called him "Phil Dickhead". Cont..
And this was a theme amongst his time at United. Because he wasnt as talented as Beckham, Gary Nev etc, he was absolutely slated at times. People forget that he played absolutely everywhere and never stopped. Him ruining Vieira at Old Trafford was a top highlight. Underrated.
4. Owen Hargreaves - his one season where he stayed relatively fit resulted in us winning the title and UCL. He was a huge part in that and showed lots of class. Unlucky with injuries. His transfer fee was paid back with what he helped us win.
5. Paul Ince. "Oooooh, he scored against us and celebrated like hed won the world cup! And it was for Liverpool.". So after WE sold Ince, he ended up at Liverpool via Italy. He didnt ask to be sold and probably could've gone to someone who weren't Liverpool - but why should he?
Ince was absolutely class for us and we laughed at West Ham for how he left them for us. We sold him after he was one of the main reasons we started winning titles and we became dominant. United fans gave him tonnes of shit for signing for Liverpool but cried like fuck after he
celebrated a goal against us. Any one of us would do the same. He owed us nothing but signed for Liverpool rather than Sunderland. Great player for United but is undoubtedly not our biggest fan anymore. Boo hoo.
6. Stam - Sir Alex's biggest mistake imo. Had at least 3 seasons left and was sold after a Fergie fall out. Great, great player. Rightly loved by our support.
7. Daley Blind. A proper case of "You dont know what you've got til its gone". Great footballer with a great footballing brain. Another top player sold before a whole host of utter shite that we had/have on our books.
8. Mikael Sylvestre. Got tonnes of grief during his time at United but had some superb spells depending on where he played. If he played at centre back, I thought he was class. If he was playing at left back, I thought he was exposed when he went forward. More good than bad imo.
9. Nani. Lazy at times but absolutely unplayable more often than not. Look back at any highlight reels of him in a United shirt and you'll absolutely remember a top quality player, rather than "a lazy bastard who performed once in 10 games". A prime Nani walks into most teams.
10. Forlan. Absolute rabbit in the head lights for me. Arrived 2 years two early. Some absolutely unforgettable goals, celebrations and an undoubted cult hero. His spells at Atletico and Villarreal show that the talent was there but United was just too soon. Last but not least..
11. Rudd Van Nistelrooy. Let go too early. Best finisher I've ever seen at United but his last season was soured by his fall out with SAF. A total shame as to how it came to an end for an absolute phenomenon but he could've done it for at least another season.
