From an infection control perspective, how does NYC have this going on as late as April 2 while @NYPDnews is breaking up 15 minute funerals 2 weeks now that is attended by 20 people who mostly stand apart? Essential or not, the former spreads the virus times over those funerals!
I have not gone to Minyan even in an open park, small crowd, distant in almost 3 weeks now. But there seems to be a bigger concern about those than what is going on at trains every/all day.

“Those trains are essential.”

Oh ok. Essential Coronavirus is a great thing. My bad.
While the above is happening on trains, look how this @NYPD90Pct cruiser treated a small funeral this week. If he means the well-being of NYC, he should blare his siren 3 blocks away at those stacking the train platform. Get a bullhorn and blare it on the platform! cc @NYPDShea
Maybe 10-15 min funerals can be held on train platforms. Like this @NYPDnews @NYPDShea @NYPD90Pct and @NYPD66Pct will give grieving families (those who show up), the peace given to people who load up trains with no distancing. (Yes. I illustrate an outrage by being outrageous.)
The Einsteins running @NYPD90Pct are now ordering everyone at a funeral to be on the sidewalk, instead of spreading out on the road which is anyway closed off for traffic. 2 train cars have more people in it and crushed than all the people at the funeral now; mostly distant.
Funerals in the Orthodox Jewish community these days have maybe 5% the usual attendance; it’s cut down to 10-15 mins (from an hour+), and people R mostly distant. It’s absurd that this an obsession of @NYPD90Pct while train platforms/cars are loaded with more people and crushed!
This was in Domino Park in Williamsburg 10 hours before today’s funeral in Williamsburg. Do you see @NYPDnews choppers here and @NYPD90Pct cruisers blaring sirens endlessly? Nope. Maybe they were refueling and taking naps to be ready for the 20 minute funeral this eve. Dunno.
Hasidic families in Williamsburg are largely staying put. A few singers came to sing in the yard so people can view from the porches. @NYPD90Pct shut it down! Meanwhile, people at Domino Park a few blocks away fail to social distance daily. cc @NYPDShea @NYPDChiefofDept
