This is garbage. If you come out of this reasonably healthy, and without having suffered a mental health crisis, you will have done well.

These types of posts just put more pressure on people living through probably the most traumatic experience in their lives. /1 https://twitter.com/TheJeremyHaynes/status/1245767684484202496">https://twitter.com/TheJeremy...
I don& #39;t know about you, but I am struggling really badly. Turns out stress, uncertainty, and a lack of structure are really bad for my mental health. I am extraordinarily lucky to have the best wife in the world to help me through this. Others aren& #39;t so lucky.

Lots of riders and others posting upbeat and inspiring thoughts and activities. Good for them. They are mentally resilient, much stronger than us mere humans.

Don& #39;t beat yourself up for not being like them. It& #39;s OK to just try to survive. /3
We all have to get through this in our own ways, and it is incredibly stressful. That& #39;s OK. My own coping strategy is to hide under the bedcovers and hide for the next few months. Your coping strategy may be different. Do what works for you. It isn& #39;t easy.

Above all, don& #39;t be bullied by self-help grifters into trying to achieve something you may not be capable of achieving at this moment. Maybe you just need to lie down in a dark room for 3 months. That& #39;s fine. You are more likely to achieve your goals after this is over

Anyway, stay safe, wash your hands, look after your loved ones, let them look after you.

Also, if I see another "uplifting" video, or someone commentating on ducks swimming under a bridge, I am going to scream.
