This is garbage. If you come out of this reasonably healthy, and without having suffered a mental health crisis, you will have done well.

These types of posts just put more pressure on people living through probably the most traumatic experience in their lives. /1 https://twitter.com/TheJeremyHaynes/status/1245767684484202496
I don't know about you, but I am struggling really badly. Turns out stress, uncertainty, and a lack of structure are really bad for my mental health. I am extraordinarily lucky to have the best wife in the world to help me through this. Others aren't so lucky.

Lots of riders and others posting upbeat and inspiring thoughts and activities. Good for them. They are mentally resilient, much stronger than us mere humans.

Don't beat yourself up for not being like them. It's OK to just try to survive. /3
We all have to get through this in our own ways, and it is incredibly stressful. That's OK. My own coping strategy is to hide under the bedcovers and hide for the next few months. Your coping strategy may be different. Do what works for you. It isn't easy.

Above all, don't be bullied by self-help grifters into trying to achieve something you may not be capable of achieving at this moment. Maybe you just need to lie down in a dark room for 3 months. That's fine. You are more likely to achieve your goals after this is over

Anyway, stay safe, wash your hands, look after your loved ones, let them look after you.

Also, if I see another "uplifting" video, or someone commentating on ducks swimming under a bridge, I am going to scream.
