Same in Fulton, where the tennis nets are gone, too.
Bill Robinson courts in Chimborazo/Oakwood, too.
Oregon Hill and Randolph.
Hoops still hang at Albert Hill Middle in the Museum District.
You can still play at Westwood Playground, in another West End neighborhood.
Still up at Binford Middle in the Fan, where @jmattingly306 shares some people gathered to play last night.
Carver, too.
Battery Park: Rims still up, tennis nets already down.
A short distance away on Brookland Park Boulevard. Left is Hotchkiss Park, right is Community High.
Last stops. Manchester and Swansboro.
Here’s what the Parks and Rec spokeswoman said when I asked how they decided which ones to remove first. The rest will come down if they haven’t already.
Apparently the complaints referred to in the email were called in to City Hall and Parks and Rec. Waiting to hear which courts received the most.
