Just got done with a conference call with Emory. Here are my takeaways (1/3)

•It’s now conducting in-house COVID19 testing, which is taking less than 24 hours to get the results. It previously was sending its tests to outside labs that took five to seven days.
•Any Emory healthcare worker who believes they’re sick can take a test.

•It’s in the process of establishing a program for people to donate their plasma to extract antibodies to treat COVID19 patients.

(2/3)
•It’s in critical need of disposable/reusable gowns and any type of mask. They’re asking for donations.

•The biggest concern is having a large number of healthcare workers getting sick.

•COVID symptom checker – http://c19check.com  ( @emoryhealthcare)
