Someone asked me to evaluate the Democratic Party earlier. They remain an enigma to me. It is hard to figure out why they would choose to help the Republicans every step of the way, every time—even now, there is not enough space to explain, but they continue to help them.

This gives the false sense of helplessness, when there is plenty we can do. Indeed, I could give daily recommendations on how to manage the president, tame his worst impulses, and even convince him to peacefully resign (there is no easier president to persuade of this!).

Instead, we are headed full force toward death, annihilation, and mayhem.... Why?
