Among them, no wide receiver struggled more in shadow coverage and against top tier cornerbacks than Cooper

So, before the 2019 season where he was held to under 40 yards in 7 of 9 shadow situations

Including a combined 13 yards against Stephon Gilmore, Jalen Ramsey, Josh Norman, and Janoris Jenkins
