While our US and UK staff have been working from home, they've had a little help from new HUP interns.

As it's Friday, we thought we'd present our newest members of staff, and their book choices 👇
Here's Atticus. He's keen to develop special dog-friendly headphones so he can listen to the audio version of Capital and Ideology.

In the meantime, he's reading @mariamtatar's The Fairest of Them All.
Layla's tired from all her work on #PoetryMonth, so she's hoping to take a nap after reading up some Emily Dickinson.
Tilde got very into #poetrymonth, and is dreaming of future travel opportunities.

She's reading Mark Ford's London: A History in Verse.
Can dogs travel to space? Brody's finding out for us, by reading @wanjek's Spacefarers.
Zany, Cute, Interesting. Stella took the subtitle from Sianne Ngai's book, Our Aesthetic Categories, quite literally for her photo op.

She tells us she's really looking forward to Sianne Ngai's next book, Theory of the Gimmick, forthcoming in June.
André heard cats often feature in fairy tales, so he thought he'd see if he spotted any feline friends in @mariamtatar's The Fairest of Them All.
Bear's splitting his time between the IT and sales departments, and has been researching our backlist best sellers.

Here's him reading @viet_t_nguyen's Nothing Ever Dies.
Looks like Louie is taking after his owner to become an aspiring science editor.
Fenway's always looking for the league toppers, picking Thomas Piketty's Capital and Ideology as his rainy day reading.
Sylvester is a big fan of European history...
...but his co-worker, Anna, takes after their owner and prefers political economy books.
For those of us without pets, creativity ensued:
