Stop yourself from overthinking.

Nowadays, Overthinking is very common especially sa mga taong ang raming problema. every minute, every seconds pwede itong mangyari sa atin and it can lead to anxiety and depression.
"Don't think of what can go wrong m, but what can go right. Huwag na huwag kang mag iisip ng mga negative na bagay na nangyari or mangyayari pa lamang.
"Distract yourself into happiness" stay happy, stay positive. Kung ang rami man nangyaring negative, libangin mo sarili mo sa mga bagay na mapapasaya ka. Yung tipong mag fofocus ka sa isang bagay na makakalimutan mo lahat ng problema even tho sobrang hirap baguhin ng iniisip mo
You can't have a regretful thought and a grateful thought at the same time, so why not spend your time positively.

ikaw lang ang makakatulong sa sarili mo. Kalimutan mo mga bagay na nakakapag palungkot sayo and try to spend more time on having a nice/productive day.
Ang pinaka masakit na part as an overthinker is your thoughts multiply and multiply hanggang sa dumami ng dumami na ang lahat ng negative thoughts and u don't longer know how to handle it and the majority will slowly kill u and u fall into a river of thoughts.
lastly, wag mong sisisihin ang sarili mo for the negative things that happened or might happen. Wag na wag mong sasayangin oras mo for those negative things. Don't expect for "suyo" kase ika lang mismo ang kayang tumulong sa sarili mo from overthinking.
