I am going to do a thread of books that I have loved and still stay with me. They are all about the story, for me. I have a broad taste and I have selected children& #39;s books too because you may wish to read to your kids.

1) Stig of the Dump. A classic!
2) Mortal Engines - Kids will love it!
3) The Wind Singer is the first of a trilogy.
4) Redwall. Who doesn& #39;t like talking animals? Also, huge series so if your kids love this then you have many, many more to go.
5) Everyone has read Charlie and Matilda but Danny is THE BEST!
6) A new book and BRILLIANT! There are now two more...
7) Moving on... Science Fiction and Fantasy has a wealth of classics. Here are some of my favourites. Becky Chambers is a genius.
8) Red Rising. You& #39;ve probably read it but if you haven& #39;t, the treat that awaits! And there are two more.
9) Another trilogy but brilliant world-building.
