I hv a question for OMT geeks. ESM "pandemic line" open to all countries with no fiscal conditionality is discussed. I also read everywhere that this would open up the possibility to activate OMT.
But wasn& #39;t OMT ruled legal precisely because of conditionality attached to ESM?
