Working from home? Feeling kinda achey because your setup isn't ergonomical? Here's a handful of stretches and yoga videos that help me out a lot, just an artist who has to battle the aches on a regular basis

(if any of this hurts beyond a good stretch don't do them, be mindful)
Neck & Shoulders I - can be done on a yoga matte but also on a chair/couch, whatever
Neck & Shoulders II - probably requires an exercise matte of some kind or a blanket
Wrists I - you probably know these already but here are some basic wrist care stretches. You don't need to be an artist to be at risk for wrist injuries if you use a pc a lot
More wrist/finger exercises! A lot of these stretches are in my daily rotation. Can be done from a chair
And finally get yourself a break timer & posture reminder! You can get both as chrome plugins, and customise how often you want to see them - or simply put a regular alarm on your phone
