Lets Question:
1. Is it not illogical to follow a primitive style of managing the Finances of States & Center when a small Private Company employ CAs from @theicai as Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer? 2. Why public distribution system be managed professionally? Why not Govts employ professionals so that precious public money is cautiously spent? We have only HRD Ministry that does not really do any HRD. @DrRPNishank We need to have Ministries based on Professions. @PMOIndia

3. Why each CM doesn't consider his State as a his own house and manage it the way he does for his home? Since its public money every politicians finds it as a resource to rob. Why cant we stop this? Why we do not engage CAs, Cost Accountants, HR, Marketing and Supply Chain Pros?

4. Do Professionals are needed only for ensuring profitability of the Companies? When the State run enterprises employ professionals why cant the State Govts employ professionals? Why public money / assets are not considered as the more precious and scarce resources? @nsitharaman

5. Why the so called CEO of AP @ncbn failed to employ this simple logic in governing the then AP & the new AP? Why cant he manage State Finances the way he manages his own Company @hfltd? Same questions applies to @ysjagan & his companies like @BharathiCements @sakshinews.

6. Why Public Money & assets are so cheap n can be abused as per whims & fancies of politicians running the govts? Why @rashtrapatibhvn and Governers like @governorap @DrTamilisaiGuv are silent on this. I demand the action from their end as they have been enjoying public money.

7. Why @myogiadityanath take a lead in this regard as he is the most sensible CM in this country? Why cant @Naveen_Odisha peruse this thread and do the needful? Why @NITIAayog is yet to rake up this issue? Why this is not the Mission of @cgg_hyd? Commonsense demands this.

8. Why our so called intellectuals like @sardesairajdeep @Ram_Guha @nramind @ShashiTharoor @ShekharGupta and MSM houses like @ndtv @timesofindia @Eenadu_Newspapr @abntelugutv @IndianExpress @CNBCTV18Live @IndiaToday do not question this? They seem to be happy with current system?

9. Our politicians do everything except this change because the current system enables the vested interest to flourish. Media gets ads, politicians can award contracts, good scope for creative corruption, so they ensure that the present system must continue. Should we allow this?

10. All civil servants(both central and state) feel that they are master of all trades. They too do not want Professionals to be employed even if they are their own children!!?? This is the extent to which this corrupt system crept in public life. Its a life time opportunity...

for @narendramodi with absolute majority in Parliament to make this change. If not done now, it will never happen. Thanks to #CaronavirusIndia for giving this opportunity to surface this historical anomaly. If you agree, do spread this till it moves @PMOIndia to do the needful.
