absolutely right to do so. There was quite broad scientific consensus about the threat of this in February. Clearly choices were made. You can argue that people can& #39;t quite understand everything put in front of a PM& #39;s face and, oh! the difficult decisions he/she must make!. Fine
But it& #39;s *entirely* acceptable to pipe up that when a government is shifting position more towards something that was an entirely predictable position, or contradicting itself, or shadow briefing, or having failed to adequately fund the healthcare system, now creaking etc
