high restriction!!! deserves!!! rights!!! eating 1200 cal might make you gain a little at first, but you eventually start losing and it’s great because you can ACTUALLY treat yourself to things you like!!!
i gained around 1 kg in the first two weeks but lost it right away and i’m losing again!! so please please don’t starve yourself as much and don’t fast, it’s not safe! your immune system needs you now! you can still be skinny by eating a little more :)
+ my abs are so much better now than when i ate 400 cal, trust me! fasting just ruins your metabolism and the ‘fast results’ you get will be gone as soon as you eat normally again
so in conclusion: be safe everyone!! you deserve to eat!
