I always listen to music when I'm outside but I lost my earphones so I'm just using my bluetooth earbuds which last over an hour on fully charge but rn they're charging and I'm just on my way to get my xray results without listening to any music and everything is so boring

How do ppl live without listening to music

I can't stand being without my earphones. I always listen to music bc I have sensory overload and music helps block out the noises and keeps my anxiety down when I'm in public but rn without my earphones every sound is bothering me
