Started replaying #TombRaider Anniversary yesterday, ended in St. Francis Folly. And then I had a dream about it so I gotta tell you: I was in the game so I could move and talk in any way, but I was also Lara so I didn’t get winded running and could shoot. 1/11

Pierre was also there and rather than disappearing, he was running after me as I was looking for the way. Sometimes I couldn’t see him, sometimes I was chasing him instead. Now for the important part: We weren’t in St. Francis Folly. We were in a modern, bustling city. 2/11

We knew we had to go downward. So it was running into metro stations, down the stairs in malls zigzagging among people, entering “staff only” doors to find lower floors. Yes, these places were connected to each other by going down and down. 3/11

Eventually we were running through opulent HQs of secret societies, through old archaeological digs and caves, and it still went down. Now, sometimes it didn’t make sense that after many floors we still seemed to be on ground level and see the sun outside. Oh well, dreams. 4/11

But it was so much fun looking for a way, trying to spot stairs going down (don’t wanna run on an escalator moving up), trying suspicious doors, hoping they are open and that no-one will see us and try to stop us. Each time we came to a new area the search started anew... 5/11

But yes it was taking quite some time so eventually we almost cooperated, instead of the occasional sabotage. We stopped hiding where the other was going. Sometimes we were actually running together, chatting. 6/11

At one point I was wondering aloud how some secret society can actually live so deep and how they can comfortably get there and we had a good chat about it with Pierre and I was amazed how good his AI is to be able to respond to anything I say. 7/11

Eventually we lost each other again and we were getting close and I spotted Pierre in some doors that might’ve almost lead there, but no, still far away! It was so strange though it was taking so long but it was so exciting, the places... 8/11

Running through some mall I was also contemplating taking a break and buying some TR games, don’t remember which. Anyway, yeah, running forward endlessly and it was still fun? You’d have to be there to get it I guess. 9/11

Now I need to apologize, we didn’t actually find the Scion in the dream. But I think we were close. Pierre was actually on the phone with Natla at one point (I think she was watching us through hidden cameras) and she seemed to think so. 10/11

So yeah, that was the dream. I was running so much, I wish that exercise was carried over to when I woke up. 11/11
