2/3 Paramedics make decisions about commencing or withholding resus routinely, & will continue to do so based on a number of factors related to the likely outcome & hopefully that preserve a persons dignity in the context of futility. These are too difficult to explain in a tweet

3/3 What will change is the personal protective equipment (PPE) that paramedics will don before entering, to protect themselves and everyone else in their "bubble", so be patient and kind.
