All software has bugs. No one can't run away from it. Even the largest and most well-tested ones have em; otherwise, where do all these "fix bugs and minor improvements" come from?

Boyd's law of iteration says that the speed of iteration beats the quality of it. Shipping often, getting more feedback, and fixing the issues is better and more practical than trying to ship a perfect solution from version 1.
Having said that; here is a thread of weird bugs in big time Software! I believe at the time of these tweets all of them have already been fixed, but could these companies be where they are now if they kept themselves stuck in V1 trying to find and fix EVERYTHING before release?
It might seem obvious to you, a no-brainer; But believe me it isn't. I've been in a such "perfectionist" team and oh boy what an experience it was!
