Universities in #Pakistan are so disconnected from the industry. It’s criminal how they continue to produce social science/polsci graduates in bulk that have no job prospects. Result? Students end up doing Masters in bulk only to find themselves without jobs all over again. [1]

[2] Essentially students are bankrolling useless degree programs of universities because our societies obsession with “Degrees”.

In terms of the skill set let alone public unis, even top private unis provide poor skills training required in the digital age.

[3] Universities have become cash cows that ceased to serve their original purpose & thus do not prepare students to fit in the modern economy.

Conclusion:
1) Current Uni system isn’t sustainable & will collapse soon 2) We need to rethink modern learning 3) Skills > degrees
