If you consider yourself more of an analytical baseball fan, what’s one opinion you have that most other stat people would disagree with?

And vice versa, if you’re more of a traditionalist, what’s one take you have that you’d agree more with analytics-people on?

a couple for me:

in late innings of a tie or one run game, not only is bunting acceptable but most of the time it’s the better call

for MVP races i think how “clutch” a player was should be considered. if one guy hit extremely well with RISP it should help his case
