To come back to work. Before we shut down it was stated we could choose to not work without repercussions but also without pay if we didn’t have PTO (which I don’t I’ve been there a week ffs)

However, now it’s turned into a situation where if we don’t come back we’re basically terminated and risk permanent store closure.
