The story is alarmingly similar across districts surveyed from East Siang, Lohit , Namsai, Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh to Haryana’s Jhajjar, Bhiwani, Chamba in Himachal Pradesh, Kolhapur in Maharashtra and Kulgam in J&K.
