Now that is an ideal compost, perfect conditions, and a lot of labor. Aim more for 30. But in a month you have something you can mix with direct and grow things in.

The best thing though is to team up. Get a few people or a few chickens to help you turn it.

A big pile and a flock of chickens would quickly transform things.
