We just had two of our people go to the ER after eating at a fast food place! Just as we thought they tried to convince them they had symptoms for the CV! They have a case of food poisoning! But were told those were symptoms for CV ! This is what D Mike has been saying!

They’re going to request their medical records next week to see what they put on there! When asked why they insist on calling it CV they said that is what they’re being told to do by administration! Speak a word you’ll be terminated!
