Self love is really hard but I'll forever be knocking at its door , i don't ever want to wake up hating myself .

Learning to forgive myself first before anything and understanding that I'm not always to blame for bad things happening around me or to me .

Understanding that i cant keep giving out love if i can't leave any of it for myself .

Acknowledging how hard it is for most humans to "self-love " , we're all really just trying.

I've learnt to be a good listener instead of the speaker cause half the time i just be talking shit .
