People within organizations have conflicting takes, and their takes do not represent that organization at large. Not every person within an organization has to responsible for their colleague’s opinions.

If you don’t like Vox, or another organization, just say it. Don’t launch fallacies just to prove your point

Public health officials misled the media to amplify this false message. If you’re actually angry about this disinformation, be angry at the Surgeon General, the CDC and the FDA. They do actually know better, and chose to lie for what they thought was the “greater good.”
