I feel like this training & body style would make me the most elite human I could be

In strength, aesthetics & athleticism

This training will fair me very well in strongman & just a 9 week training cycle away from an international elite powerlifting total
Plus it’ll keep me intrigued...

I’ve been Strength training for 13+ years, I’ve studied / trained so many methods, experimented & developed my own

The constant change has always been good for my mind and body
