Let's take a break from COVID-19 and talk about the medical case report that literally left me SHOOK: a woman who got pregnant from swallowing. Thread:
This story has everything. A woman without a vagina. A disgruntled former lover. A knife fight. Oral sex. Let's begin.
This is the start of our story. A 15 year-old girl and two men were admitted to the hospital after a knife fight. There were two holes in her stomach, which were repaired.
9 months after the knife fight, she came back to the hospital with abdominal pain...and was found have a term pregnancy. Except, she didn't have a vagina. HOW WAS THIS POSSIBLE?
Trying to find a figure that explains what vaginal aplasia is to y'all and this is the closest I could find. Basically, since she didn't have a vagina, there was no way for sperm to reach her reproductive tract via the conventional route. This is usually a congenital defect.
Well, her baby was delivered via C-section and you know us doctors and nurses are NOSY and always want the TEA
Our good sis knew she didn't have a vagina and that was why she was into oral sex
Our homegirl just wanted some dick and another man just had to ruin it. Remember men are TRASH!
She had never had a period so didn't think she could get pregnant. Plus, she knew she didn't have a vagina. Ok, fair.
BUT how did she get pregnant then?

Our homegirl SWALLOWED and because of the knife fight, the sperm was able to reach her reproductive organs through the holes in her stomach!!!! Skskskskssk
Anyway, some cows were exchanged and her and the man she swallowed raised the baby together.

And baby grew up to look like Dad.
The moral of the story: Don't get stabbed in the stomach after swallowing cum.
Just some follow up questions that people had. She could not have periods because there was no connection between her uterus and the outside of her body. https://twitter.com/victorywhiskey/status/1245908312341823489?s=20
However, her ovaries were still functional which means she still went through monthly cycles resulting in something called "cryptomenorrhea." Because there was no way for the blood to leave her body, this caused a lot of physical pain.
To solve this they used birth control pills to induce amenorrhea! MAGIC! But she eventually just got a hysterectomy once her son got older.
Also, they actually tried to surgically reconstruct a vagina for her. What they found was a proximal vagina, which means her vagina started to form near her uterus, but never made it to the outside of her body, hence the name "aplastic distal vagina."
However, the initial reconstruction was complicated by scarring and stenosis (or tightening). They tried again but it was also unsuccessful.
