3. The reason for rejuvenating this thread is I am absolutely certain that the patent appeal by Amarin will prevail in the Federal court. Amarin will definitely win the case.
4. The invalidity of the patent by Judge Du had a lot of hindsight bias and inability to review primary and secondary evidence concurrently.
