My worst nightmare has been realized. My wife got the phone call we were expecting & I was dreading. She’s going to receive her MS infusion treatment after all...in Helena, MT. Why? Because her infusion doctor left Alberta due to the battle begun by the provincial government.

So you’ll forgive me if I’m not celebrating Keystone XL right now. I’m scared shitless. My wife’s at greater risk for Covid & now she has to travel to the United States because Jason Kenney & Tyler Shandro have a hate on for Alberta’s public service.

I want my wife to get her treatment; she’s getting worse day by day because she’s now overdue. She needs to have a semi-normal life. However I will never forget why it’s come to this and who is responsible for it.

The UCP fire education assistants, screw with doctors, lie to Albertans when COVID-19 relief was promised from the province & then walked back & we’ve fought gaslighting from MLAs, Issues Managers & Press Secretaries during a MF’ing pandemic. This province is f*cked up.

To all those cheering KXL, understand this: that damned pipeline better be worth all the hell we’ve gone through and it better generate the promised revenue b/c if it doesn’t, there will be hell to pay. People should matter B4 pipelines, but here, they don’t.

You don’t need to be prosperous before being compassionate. You just need to have a fucking soul and a desire to be compassionate in order to do it. This government does not have that soul. They sold us down the river. This is seriously the worst timeline & with that, I’m done.
