1. This is a non-sequitur. The premise of <18 marriage existing in some muslim countries does not necessarily conclude that most muslims share that view.

In the same tweet, she also tries to slyly sneak in the view that many Muslim men (not just the sex offenders in question) share racist views toward non-muslim women. She also fails to substantiate this.
Verse 33:59 of the Quran at no points deems it morally acceptable to abuse uncovered women. This is her own (baseless) interpretation. But yes, please lecture muslims more about how they've been reading it wrong for 1400 years.
